Shipping Conditions
General Shipping Information
We ship worldwide, and shipping costs vary depending on the destination region. Shipping is handled by our logistics partner Correos for domestic shipments within Spain and DHL for shipments within the EU. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Times
- Products in Stock: Products that are in stock and do not require individual customization have a delivery time of 7 business days from the date payment is received.
- Pre-orders: Items not in stock that are specially ordered from the manufacturer for the customer have a delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks. Please note that delays may occur as items are sourced directly from the manufacturer, and manufacturer delays are beyond our control.
- Powder Coatings: Products requiring powder coatings have a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.
- Individual Customizations: For special adaptations such as strap changes, nose padding, or strap removal, we need 14 days for processing after receiving the muzzle.
Shipping Types
- Standard Shipping: We offer only standard shipping with tracking to ensure your order is delivered reliably and on time. All shipments are insured to cover loss or damage during transit.
Shipping Costs
For private customers:
- Domestic Shipping (Spain): A flat rate of €8.50 is charged for shipping within Spain.
- International Shipping (EU): A flat rate of €25 is charged for international shipping within the EU.
For commercial customers: Shipping costs will be individually stated in the offer.
Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to track the status of your shipment online at any time.
Delivery Conditions
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct to avoid delays or returns. If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence), all additional costs for a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
Loss and Damage
- Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages: If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation. We will handle the process with the shipping partner and arrange for a replacement.
Customs and Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties and import taxes may apply. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. Please check your country's customs regulations to avoid delays or unexpected costs.
