Remove nose pad square

As part of optimizing the muzzle, it can be shortened. In some models, it is possible to remove the squares of the nose padding, which also facilitates the installation of shorter padding.

Remove the Square of the Nose Padding

• Removal of the square used for fixing the nose padding
• Allows shortening the muzzle by installing a different padding (e.g., Soft/Aqua nose padding, variants 2 and 4)
• Includes subsequent sealing with clear varnish

Requirements for this Modification:

• The muzzle must be silver-colored and must not be coated with black rubber or any other material

Notes:

• Due to the high mechanical stress in these areas, we recommend powder coating the muzzle after the modification. This increases durability and effectively protects against rust in the worked areas. The durability of the clear varnish sealant may be limited.
• Due to the space created, there is a risk that, in extreme cases, ears, fingers, or other objects could more easily pass through the muzzle. It is up to the owner to evaluate this risk.
