Please send us an email with up to 4 desired colors and a description of how you would like the muzzle to be coated. You can also include example images. We will contact you within 48 hours to discuss the final details.

Powder coating not only gives the metal a vibrant and colorful appearance but also provides additional corrosion protection. We coat not only muzzles modified by us or models from our own range but also standard muzzles from other manufacturers, which can be sent to us for this purpose. This process adds a splash of color! Our powder coating service includes:

  • Old, silver-colored muzzles from your inventory (rust is not an issue!)
  • New muzzles from our store
  • New muzzles from other stores
  • Muzzles modified by us (Note: Coating is mandatory for modified muzzles)

The exact shipping address can be found in the legal notice!

What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is applied after the muzzle has been thoroughly cleaned and degreased. The powder is electrostatically applied to the muzzle and then fused to the metal using heat. An additional clear coat provides extra protection. This technique results in a durable and colorful finish, similar to that used in vehicle tuning. By the way: Powder coating is completely non-toxic!

Important Instructions for Use

While powder coating is highly resistant to impacts, scratches, and blows, all materials have their limits. In cases of intensive use (e.g., scraping on asphalt, concrete, or stones while sniffing) or prolonged wear, damage may occur. Muzzles are everyday items, so it is inevitable that color will wear off in exposed areas, such as the corners of the muzzle, over time. However, this does not affect rust resistance or the functionality of the muzzle and is not a reason for return.

Please note that the colors shown may slightly differ from the actual color chart depending on the screen used.

Note: Color 1 is always the first color mentioned in the gradient!
